[Phpmyadmin-translators] Translations cleanup

Hi all translators

there is currently happening quite big cleanup of translation files to 
drop currently unused messages. If you want to update translations, 
please use cleaned up files as start (they will appear in several hours 
in anonymous CVS).

BTW: Be ready for huge amount of new messages for next release.
