[Phpmyadmin-translators] Wiki information about translations

Dear translators,

we've recently launched phpMyAdmin wiki which collects various
information about phpMyAdmin and user documentation. There is also
section for information about translations which you might want to use.
Feel free to add there any information about your translation (anything
from information how to report you problems to requests for help).

The wiki currently lives on <http://wiki.cihar.com> and
translations related information is
at languages sub page: <http://wiki.cihar.com/pma/Languages>.
