[Phpmyadmin-translators] Call for translations of 3.5

Hi

this is just a friendly reminder, that there is not much time left for
translating 3.5 as first RC has been released today.

So if you want to have phpMyAdmin 3.5 translated into your language, you
should start working on that right now :-).
