I think it's okay to use those names. The only thing I'm not sure about is MySQL in theme name and I don't know it's legal background.
I am going to ask their Trademark departement. Stay tuned.

The response from MySQL AB it that they suggest to remove the "mysql" part from the theme name, to avoid any confusion for users about this theme being provided by MySQL AB.
