Chirayu, maybe you can try with an older phpMyAdmin version like QA_4_0 or QA_4_1. If it works, git bisect will help you find the first "bad" commit. Sure, I'll try it. First, I will look for the bad commit in master, the one giving blank page. Later, I will look for broken icons/images in QA_4_2.
Git bisect says this commit: https://github.com/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin/commit/bc8f797746f6baab5d7de0f81903... (Remove CSP support for ancient Safari versions) and it seems like support for Safari versions < 6 was removed.
This would make sense; I'm testing with Safari 7.x and have no problems.
