I believe that clicking on them does exactly the contrary and is the normal way to ask for sync.
I agree. By clicking on a colored button, it is added to the list of syncs to be applied. When it is on the list, the button turns gray. If you click the gray button again, the action is removed from the list and is colored again. Greets, Dieter
