Hi All!
According to the xhtml1.0 specifications, the valid splitter for variables in urls is "& amp;" and not "&". Since most browsers support this and some recent ones no long support the old "&" splitter I've updated about all the scripts in the CVS tree.
It would be nice to widelly test these changes with as many browser as possible to ensure PMA still works and if not, which browsers needs a workaroud if possible.

everything looks ok under:
WinNT: NN 4, IE 5.5, IE 6
Linux: Konqueror 2.1.1, 2.2.1

everything looks ok under:
Linux with Konqueror 2.1.1 and 2.2.1 WinNT with NN 4.75, IE 5.5, IE 6
