Yep.
I would prefer not, since it means double work for
committing
last-minute fixes.
It does not mean double work. Once committed to HEAD, merging to the QA
branch is no big deal. It's a bit more work than with only one branch,
but you don't have to do twice as much, as the two branches should not
differ that much.
