These changes were released in 2.10.1 (2007-04-23) so I don't see the need of a 2.10.0.3.

Good question. I think that on this page: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=23067&package_id=1...
we should offer only 2.11.1 (soon 2.11.1.1). We don't have to keep 2.2.7-pl1 (this was for PHP3 !) and other versions.
