for bringing this up. The whole thing is poorly worded, even in the
documentation. It refers specifically to the table phpMyAdmin uses as part of
the advanced Configuration Storage feature for managing user groups.

I raised an issue at <https://github.com/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin/issues/16489>
