I think I like the design - it's very neat - but it would be nice to see
screenshots (or dummys) of implemented for the important parts of
phpMyAdmin - the part one uses daily in the work with maintaining
databases - and not just the frontpage that's only used while starting
phpMyAdmin.

I like the idea of changing the design - but think that should be
scheduled for a version 3.x series of phpMyAdmin - so let's work on the
design (HTML, CSS etc.) and let it be ready when phpMyAdmin goes from
2.x to 3.x ;-))
