I've written the first steps in having a new parser for the SQL queries

I will teach it the different between reserved words and other words
tommorow.

It already does a much better job on strings and data inside quotes than
Mike's previous code.

Could somebody please look at the code, and make suggestions on how to do
the array stuff with PHP3 ?

I'm upgrading my test platform to Apache 2.0.39 and the latest PHP
tommorow morning, so that we can be sure things work on the cutting edge.
