Well, the subdirectory name is already lang, so I don't think it's
necessary to have also a lang in each
filename. One day we could remove the "lib" in the filenames located in
libraries. Those filenames
had a lib in them when there was no /libraries.

It's a good idea, but this is not a minor change, so this would go in 2.3.1.
Meanwhile, I suggest that 2.3.0 would not have all -utf-8 files in it,
just some.
