Hi,

Next time please use the phpmyadmin-users list.

phpMyAdmin has nothing to do with session variables, so if you
are using the official phpMyAdmin version, your problem now is
strictly an access problem.

In Documentation.html, see FAQ 1.12 about how to reset your
permissions if you can no longer login to MySQL.
