Hi Michal & list,

I've already heard about eSKUeL before and tried it but, but I missed many features of PMA.

This "review" does not sound very independant.

"It is much prettier" is imho not a good reason why the whole software is better ;-)

In fact, they have a fancy skinning mechanism built in, but imho the way data and information are presented is not very accessible.
And btw, we are talking about a database administration tool, not a bulletin board or a media player... Who needs skins here?

What does the author mean by "seems to have the functionality"? eSKUeL seems to have the same functionalety as PMA?
Well, the basic functionalety is built in, but ...

On their website they only describe the functionalety of their software by comparing it to PMA... This is a rather poor way to propaget the own product, isn't it?

imho, we shouldn't worry about that one ;-)
