why not? so you don't have to read the config file every time or do all
this checks again -  i would even like to drop all this
check-for-changes and reload files except when index.php is reloaded

so you always only have to load the session file and nothing more
,except the executed script, but not all this themes, config,
compatibility, aso. stuff
