[Phpmyadmin-devel] New website

Hello all

I just put online new phpMyAdmin website. I hope that all old links
should work (= are same or should redirect to appropriate page on new
web), but if you find anything what is not working, please drop me a
note (I will try to check error logs also).

Official announcement will follow soon, if no problems appear.
