I would stick to Documentation.html -- this has several benefits 
including offline access and documentation specifically for the version 
of phpMyAdmin used, not to mention tradition. The information you've put 
in the wiki is great and quite helpful, but for official documentation I 
believe Documentation.html is still the preferred source.
