Hi,
well phpMyAdmin generates XHTML that contains forms and links. Most form 
fields are just transmitted when the form is submitted; however some 
fields (more in the upcoming 3.4 release) are bound to jQuery or just 
Javascript code that deals with events, to produce a more interactive 
experience.
