Marc, if I unzip the latest archive and copy a config.sample.inc.php into
config.inc.php in the main folder, then phpMyAdmin won't load in the
browser. If instead I create a config folder and move the config.inc.php
inside the config folder, it works.

Is that the normal behavior? Because in this case maybe an update in
the documentation [1] and on the wiki [2] would be good.
