Hi Onur,

1. thanks for your patch, we'll review it

2. you can submit more patches and become a part of the team, regardless
of GSoC

3. you can start your work but beware that
3.1 we'll learn on March 16 whether phpMyAdmin has been accepted in GSoC
2012
3.2 then the student selection phase begins
