I noticed that there was already a grid editing hint so I took another
approach, see
https://github.com/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin/commit/8cad8c6b7bedf8a1e1955520dbacf73347827c34

My rationale is that if someone tries to click for grid editing and she
notices that it does not work, she'll try to use the Edit link and will
see the hint.
