[Phpmyadmin-devel] There are a few features that I would like to add. For example, one of them includes bootstrapping phpmyadmin for a better UI. Would that be a viable project ??

Your proposal will have to explain which parts of phpMyAdmin you plan to 
  transform using bootstrap.js, for a twelve weeks effort of forty hours 
per week.

Also, the proposal should be specific about which UI bugs it will solve 
(with bug ticket references).
