For SQL Console idea, only from the design, will be many differences,
for example, in my idea it'll change the entire message mechanism:
Server(PMA) roles:
*   Provide client-side code
* Run queries and temporary results
* Provide query history that include query string and results
Clients roles:
*   Provide query UI
* Send queries and get results
* Transform results strings to graphical representation
Based on these changes, a console can be reasonable.
I don't think I can take this idea with upper changes only 3 month :)

Now if a runable console made by someone comes out, what it looks
like? Just a good-looking SQL query window alternatives...
I can take this idea just for SQL query window alternatives.
But I perfer to remake PMA's Navigation bar------it's necessary :)
