today at 19:00 UTC we'll know if the phpMyAdmin project has been
accepted as a mentoring organization.
Meanwhile you can have a look at

in the "Write a good proposal" we give you a proposal template.
You can base your proposal on the ideas list
https://wiki.phpmyadmin.net/pma/GSoC_2015_Ideas_List
or have your own idea (that corresponds to a 12-week span). In the ideas
list, each numbered idea is expected to occupy a student for 12 weeks.
