[Phpmyadmin-devel] Improved automated pull request checker

Hi

I've just added another feature to automated pull request checker - it
looks at number of commits and if there is too many of them (right now
more than 50) it warns that probably merge target is wrong:

It also prevents it from checking individual commits.
