[phpMyAdmin Developers] Responsive Navigation Bar - Improvement

Hi,

Will it work if we keep scrolling tabs for mobile devices and drop down for
desktop version. Because drop down on small screens looks bad.

I am in parallel working on improvements in scrolling of tabs.
