[phpMyAdmin Developers] Requesting some clarifications

Hi Michal,

Thanks for the reply. I was wrong. It doesn't require internet access. A
bit of looking into google-authenticator clarified it. HOTP and TOTP
algorithms manage to maintain sync on their own. I thought they would
require network access.
