[phpMyAdmin Developers] Assigning Colours from a colour palette to various elements

Hello everyone,

I have already developed an automated tool to create colour palettes. I
would like to get some advice regarding the size of palette that should be
used for creating the theme and any particular thing to keep in mind while
assigning colours to various elements.
