I don't think this is not a big issue - it just makes harder to review
what has been changed, but it should cause no harm to translations
themselves.

Anyway you should be upload such files using https://l10n.cihar.com/ to
get them nicely merged (it will keep formatting of what we have right
now and not from the uploaded file).
