[Phpmyadmin-devel] 2.6.0 is incompatible with php < 4.3

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi devels, Due to bug #1033360, php 4.1.x / 4.2.x users won't be able to connect using phpMyAdmin 2.6.0. I fixed the bug in CVS, but now the question is: can we wait with the fix until 2.6.1(-rc1)? I vote for a quick 2.6.0-pl1, mentionning that it's for PHP 4.1.x /4.2.x compatibility. Marc

I have put a warning in the News, and phpmyadmin.net has it now. I recreated (correctly this time) the branch QA_2_6_0 and merged the fix there. I am preparing a release of -pl1, please comment on this. Marc

I merged some language file updates to that branch. A 2.6.0-pl1 release would be fine for me. Regards, AMT -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.6 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFBWeaS8c/ssWf/SMcRAlqJAJwPDPrKBbN9VLDAxl54l/Vp5Um4bACgkz99 XRXjmnQyQt35HBIErqYSf1M= =3rTG -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
