Hello,
After a slow start, we've been getting quite a few applications now and, at the moment, we're up to 13 student projects. As in the past, some are completely out of touch with the project and some will be rushed at the last minute. Interestingly, several students have already finalized their proposals so there's point to us offering feedback on those (nor does Google even give the option).
Once the deadline passes on April 9, I'll mark as ignored all the proposals that don't meet our criteria (such as being off topic). You can still view the ignored proposals through the "Ignored" tag in the Google interface, but this will save some clutter and effort by removing applications where the decision is obvious.
