[phpMyAdmin Developers] help accessing wordpress login

Hi,
I hope all is well. I have a wordpress site and theme installed with MAMP.
I am way out of my comfort level/knowledge. I am writing to ask if someone
may be able to help me access my website? I lost track of the log in and
password.
