Translations for phpMyAdmin 4.7.0

Hello translators, phpMyAdmin is nearly ready for the 4.7.0 release, but there's still time to update your translations for inclusion in the next release. 4.7.0 is scheduled for release on March 25, and as a reminder languages need to be above 40% translated for inclusion. Many languages already meet that limit, and there are currently two at 100% translated (congratulations to the French and Turkish translators!)
