[Phpmyadmin-translators] newbie: hello

Hello all,

I'm newbie here. And i had translated phpMyAdmin in lithuanian, my native language, so i have some questions:

1. where i have to submit this translation ? 2. what files i have to submit ? 3. who is responsible for translations of pma ? and can anyone describe full mechanism of translation submition.
