Hi all I've just deployed completely different system on https://l10n.cihar.com/ , which is used for translating phpMyAdmin. This service now uses Weblate, my own web based translation system, you can find more information about it on http://weblate.org/ For translators, it should produce less errors and inconsistency issues. In case you see any problems, just let me know. Your login from Pootle should be still valid, given that you have used your account in past year. New system brings various advantages like support for translating divergent branches.
