as 2.2.6 will be released soon, we ask the maintainers for those languages to get the latest cvs version and translate the few messages that are still in english:

- Brazilian-Portuguese; - Bulgarian (koi8-r and win-1251 charsets); - Galician; - Hebrew; - Japanese (euc and sjis charsets); - Latvian; - Lithuanian; - Portuguese; - Romanian; - Russian (koi8-r and win-1251 charsets); - Slovak (win1250 charset); - Spanish.
