I'm not sure I follow, do you mean the "begin, previous & next, end" buttons are not lined up in the pagination?

To reproduce, browse a table that has more than 30 rows, click Next and look at the central dialogs:

Show X rows starting from row # Y

This is what I see on a 1280 x 1024 monitor.
