I implemented tabbed navigation for the table and db properties pages (tbl_properties_links.php3 and db_details_links.php3) and sent the patched files to the PMA patch system on sf.
I also noticed a bug on line 55 of tbl_properties_links.php3 (fixed in same patch as above).
