phpMyAdmin contains the SQL scripts to create/upgrade configuration storage in 'examples' folder. While the 'examples' folder was not mandatory in the past, it has been changed with the recent changes as indicated in this bug [1].

I feel that 'examples' is not the right folder for SQL scripts. How about a new folder named 'scripts'?
