Yes I have workd on Bootstrap in the past. It is a 'sleek, intuitive, and powerful front-end framework' from Twitter.. you can check it out at bootstrap.com It greatly improves the frontend and above that, does not require any dependency as such because the css n js are included in it. And the size is minimal.
