[phpMyAdmin Developers] Request for working on the idea of using modern JS

      Hi,

I'm a GSOC aspirant and I would love to work on the project of modernizing
the phpmyadmin with modern JS. I would like to know how to share my ideas
with the mentor and the next steps I need to take with the proposal.
