In particular, you really want to put in your proposal links to our Patches tracker where you submitted phpMyAdmin code modifications. Remember, we cannot guess your SourceForge.net user name so links will be clearer.

Also you should be able to update the application till the deadline, so even if you submit it right now, fill in remaining details. We might ask you questions meanwhile to improve the application, however final evaluation will be done after deadline, so the final state of your application is important.
