i have merged in devel tree tbl_dump and db_dump to tbl_dump, because the code was 98% identical.
additionally i've change the dump header to this (english version): blah blah
I saw that yesterday on the CVS. It's a good idea :)
theoretically, we can delete db_dump.php3 from cvs devel tree.
I think that too. I made some tests. The script (db_dump.php3) is useless now.
Oops, why not add the phpMyAdmin version in the dump header ? Maybe, it could be useful.
