I'm quite surprised than fixes for PMASA-2010-9 and PMASA-2010-10 are not include in this new version ?

In December 2010 we believed that these issues we minor, that's why we did not release versions at this time. The fixes are currently scheduled for 2.11.12, 3.3.10 and 3.4.0.
