Fine by me, it's been about a month since the release of beta2, and the one before that was also a month before that. ;)
I guess the already submitted new themes will be included as well?
No; there must be a vote on them (after Feb 13) and the winner will replace darkblue_orange in 3.4.0-rc1 (or beta4). People can try them on http://demo.phpmyadmin.net
