Hello , My web developer had given me a login page to php admin proving a user and password. Whenever I try to login and enter password . It gives me a error saying : mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/1130): Host '185.176.40.25' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server can you help me out with this error ? Mh web developer says it’s website hosting issue , but googling says it’s the web developer who has to give access to the page . Can you tell me what is this error and how can I log into it. Thanks .
