I've just pushed some improvements to support and contribute pages on our website, hope you like it.
The page with information for developers still requires some work, possibly removing less important stuff.

In "Source Code Repository" I suggest to remove the full list of repositories and the examples of checkout, and add a link to http://wiki.phpmyadmin.net/pma/Git.

Indeed list of repositories is not needed there, moved to Git wiki page. As for command to checkout I've left it there, because this is something I often try to find on other projects and I hate when it is too hidden :-).
