Hi List!
Let's talk about the 2.2.4 release now. With Marc we've fixed many very little bugs since 2.2.3 (maybe it means the 2.2.? group is becoming really stable :)) and I think we should quickly release a 2.2.4.
It would be nice if some of you can test: - if the script displays the "create db" box when and only when it should; - whether importing/exporting dumps runs better or not with the workaround I've added to bypass browser timeout; - if pointers (in left frame and while browsing tables) works with your browser(s), ie there are neither js error, nor display bugs.
Any comment is welcome, of course, Loïc

We are using version 2.2.2 and I have to say: PMA is just great!

A comment on the left frame:
We use OmniWeb 4.1sp11 (http://www.omnigroup.com/ftp/pub/outgoing/sneakypeek/) for MacOS X 10.1 with PMA. It works ok but the expanding/collapsing does not seem to work: All databases are expanded all the time and it is not possible to collapse them. This is not really an issue but still...
Also the size of the fonts is too big in OmniWeb 4.1. Would it be possible to add OmniWeb to your supported browsers?
Thank you for your attention, Christian Schaffner.

Maybe a 2.2.3 before 2.2.4?
Do you mean releasing the new version with the new config/http/cookie mecanism?

Yes, works ok here.
- whether importing/exporting dumps runs better or not with the workaround I've added to bypass browser timeout;
A 32 MB table dump (uncompressed) still gets a memory limit error on the server. I could adjust the memory limits in php.ini but I suspect sysadmins would not like to do this, since with phpMyAdmin 2.1.0 the same table dumps ok.

Looks ok with NN 4 and IE 5.5, will try tonight with good old Konq :)

Left frame and links in browse tables work ok in Konqueror 2.1.1.
However, in Konq when clicking on Delete for a row, I get the popup to confirm the delete, and when I click yes, the delete does not take place: I have another confirmation question in the right frame.
