Maybe we can just skip the rc for this release. If there are bugs in it, they can be fixed in the next release.

By the way, QA_3_4 already has nine fixes.

We could also release 3.4.6.1 but users would think there was a security problem.

3.4.7 is better, no need to confuse users. :)
